    Description

    This is an original antique 1910's German Lehmann mechanical wind up tin toy featuring a clown in a colorful cart "pulled" by a mule. When wound, the wheels turn and the clown moves forward and backward, pulling the reins so the mule appears to be running. The cart will alternate going about four feet forward then four feet backward repeatedly several times on one wind. Overall, condition is very good, but the mule is missing it's ears and tail and the reins have been replaced. There is minor chipping to the paint and a couple tiny hoes in the fabric but no other obvious damage and no visible cracks or repairs. Measurements are 7 1/4" L x 3" W x 5" H. It will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
